Are your products Canadian, and where do they ship from?
Yes — Peptide House.ca is Canadian, and every order ships domestically within Canada. Because nothing crosses a border, there's no customs step and no risk of an overseas parcel being held or seized.
How do I pay?
By Interac e-Transfer. You check out here on the site, then send an e-Transfer to the address shown on your order confirmation — no card details and no account needed. If the recipient inbox doesn't have Autodeposit turned on, we include a security question and answer with your order so the transfer goes through.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Independent labs run HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity, and we keep certificates of analysis on file for eligible batches. You can view them on the Test Results page or ask us for a specific batch.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes — every product is cheaper per vial in a 10-pack. The per-vial price updates automatically when you switch the packaging option in your cart.
Can I ask questions before I order?
Of course. Reach us through the Contact page for anything — product details, a COA, or current stock. You'll hear back from a person who actually handles the orders, not a bot.
Are these for personal use?
No. Everything here is sold strictly for laboratory research. Our products are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, or treatment.
What's your return policy?
All sales are final — no returns or refunds — with one exception: if a shipment is seized in transit, that's covered. Full details are on the Returns page.
