No refunds or returns
All sales are final. Once an order has shipped, we don't accept returns or issue refunds.
Seized shipments
The one exception is a seizure. If your shipment is seized in transit, contact us with your order details and we'll make it right with a reshipment or refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Message us right away if something arrives damaged or doesn't match your order, and we'll sort it out.
Research-use condition
Products are for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary use.
